1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. If an item is in production, you will see 72 either 120+ days quantity before an order ready to pick up from warehouse or delivery depending on shipment method available to use on your order, with clicking confirm you agree with both shipment method and quantity of days before pick up.


2. Delivery Location and Time and Costs

Items offered on our website are only available for EXW terms from 35431, Hardesty Road Shawnee, OK 74801 USA. Delivery to any address all over the world is also possible but must be discussed and agreed with an extra paper and payment. 

Pick-ups can be arranged in two days after the payment accepted. Once payment is proceed, you indicate preferable time to pick up your purchase from from 35431, Hardesty Road Shawnee, OK 74801 USA within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm except holidays. If your order contains products with “72 either 120+ days quantity before an order ready” mark then you indicate preferable time on 72+2 or 120+2 days basis.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost simple get in touch with the manager of Triol Corporation to add shipment method and shipping charges to your order. You will be advised of shipping charges after the payment of extra agreement for shipment method. Without an extra agreement and shipping charges you GET YOUR ORDER ON EXW BASIS.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
